Americorp!

I've been away from this blog for a while (very busy shooting, getting married and moving into a new studio) but have been meaning to get back into a regular schedule of posting.

Here's a little update on the last few months. I'll be posting a few images soon!

Beginning in late June, I began working with The August Jackson Company of Washington, DC on a project for Americorp NCCC. The first couple of days were the most produced and involved Child models and actual NCCC members/alumni at various sites in and around Baltimore.

Later in July I was sent to New Orleans to document the ongoing work of NCCC members as they help this great city rebuild 3 years after Katrina. Over the course of 3 long days we traveled to the most devasted areas of the city capturing NCCC in action.

Most recently we returned to shooting in Baltimore, spending a day documenting 12 NCCC members involved in a video project being shot at Renegade Studios.

One of the highlights of september was a day long shoot for Inc. Magazine. Who knew CEOs could be so photogenic... or umm, interesting? Keep an eye out for the pics soon!

One last update, I am in the process of moving into a new studio! The new location is an old Mill with some amazing character. We are sanding the floors this sunday and I'll back with some before photos and a calender of events. Once again, you'll have to come back to get the info!
